I have been in need of a new car within my price limit, and desired payments a month. After weeks of going to different dealerships, I went to Nissan as I saw the perfect car for me on their website. Was not informed what needed to be done - only given the information that the warranty would only cover $1000 of the $1600 repair. I have to wonder why the service cost 60% more than the warranty would cover.

They explained everything that they were going to be working on and addressed the issue I had asked about. The vehicles should be cleaned inside and outside, the oil and filter feshly changed, and test drives should be more controlled by the customer than the salesperson. Please really consider making these changes and we will be more quick to recommend more customers to your dealership.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Maguire. The first was from Maguire Nissan. I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima. It was a GREAT car, I drove it for over 10 years with no major issues. It just hit 200k miles and I passed it on to our daughter. She has had it for about 6 months and it's still running great. In June I purchased my 2nd vehicle from Maguire Subaru (2020 Nissan Pathfinder). I LOVE this Pathfinder. It has had one small issue since we purchased it. Brayden was such a huge help in the purchase of my first ever car. I found a car I loved and he got right on it for me with prices, details, etc. The process was extremely quick and smooth. Ran into a minor inconvenience with the car, but Brayden was quick to act and respond on it and got it all resolved within a day or two. Now that everything is complete I am extremely happy with the purchase of my new vehicle and Brayden’s service.

Though I like my local dealer staff i was disappointed to be told that there was no loaner available for weeks when my 2021 Leaf (with less than 30000 miles in it) had an error code while I was on vacation. It said that the car would not restart if I powered it off. I had to immediately drive my Leaf 1.5 hours so that I wasn’t stranded at the vacation spot I was at. I enjoyed working with Brayden, he was helpful and prompt in communications. The car selection was limited but I did find something that will work for me for now. Where I think Maguire could do better - the little touches in transferring a vehicle, such as providing nice floor mats and a spare key.
